METALS: Most of my pieces can be made in specified sizes, in sterling silver, 18-karat yellow gold and white gold. Surface finishes available include oxidized silver, high polish and brushed/burnished matte finish.
STONES and BEADS: Custom stone-, bead - and pearl combinations available. I am happy to work with the customer to achieve a desired color selection. Current stone choices include: Ruby, garnet, carnelian, tourmaline (various pinks, blues and greens), amethyst, swiss blue topaz, tanzanite, Peruvian opal, turquoise, apatite, black onyx, white seed pearl and coral.
REPAIRS & ADJUSTMENTS: General repairs performed at no additional cost. Repairs due to wear inconsistent with the recommended care instructions are subject to repair fee.
Adjustments to ear wires, pendant bails etc. available.
PAYMENT OPTIONS:
I accept credit card payments through Paypal and personal checks (please allow 2 - 5 business days for processing).
A 9.5% sales tax will be added to CA buyers.
SHIPPING:
Unless yours is a special order requiring some production time, orders are mailed out on the next business day after received/cleared payment.
I package all items in a padded envelope with lots of bubble wrap OR in a sturdy box, to protect your item(s) from getting damaged in the mail.
If you are giving a piece of my jewelry as a gift, please specify that you would like the item gift wrapped.
I ship via USPS Priority Mail w/ insurance; if you need Express mailing, please let me know.
All UNITED STATES packages should arrive 3-6 days after purchase and cleared payment, depending on where you live.
WHOLESALE INFORMATION: Retailers interested in placing a wholesale order must fax, email or mail a copy of resale/vendor's license pertaining to reselling art, crafts, gifts, clothing, or jewelry, in addition to two forms of credentials (e.g. a copy of resale certificate, vendor license).
